This was the last of the days, during the initial relaunch, that I didn't make a "news" post for. (Well, except the generic "Normally there would be a fairly extensive news post" message, but that doesn't count.) From here on out, all the "news" posts actually did go up with the strips (or very shortly thereafter). Or rather, from tomorrow on out. This particular "news" post was, in fact, added significantly later (December 21, to be exact).
As I mention in a "news" post that, um, is attached to a later strip (December 13) but was, in accordance with the fact stated in the previous paragraph, actually written earlier, Snormar is actually supposed to be significantly taller than the champion. In these last four strips, however, he certainly doesn't look it. I think what I was thinking at the time was that the champion was on ratback, so he was somewhat elevated. But while that may have made sense if he were riding a horse, Nezhoni's low enough to the ground that, if anything, he should probably be lower than usual. So... yeah. Contrary to appearances here, Snormar really is supposed to be taller than the champion; it's just drawn badly. I'd say maybe he was standing in a hole, but his feet are visible in the last panel of today's strip, so that excuse doesn't really work. Just... just pretend he looks taller.
