For the record, in the third panel, the champion is not supposed to have suddenly grown six inches taller and seen something interesting above Erlak's head. Rather, it's supposed to be a perspective shot looking down on the characters from above their eyeline. However, I of course utterly failed to draw the characters in such a way as to convey this.
